Rates: $129.00-$139.00 per night.

There is a $25 per day charge for each additional person over the two-person per room allowance.

Gift Certificates are available.

Green Tree Inn does not allow smoking in the rooms or on the premises. Smoking in the room will result in a $300 charge to the credit card on file.

No pets allowed.

No children under 10 unless special arrangements are made with the innkeeper. (Children welcome if your family books the entire Inn).

Your credit card will not be charged until your arrival. If you have advance reservations and cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time and we are unable to rebook the room, you will be charged the full amount.

If you cancel your reservation less than 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your credit card on file will be charged a $35 per day rebooking fee.
